About Us

The Jaypee CGHS was registered on 22nd September 1983, under the Registration number 654(GH)/1983, under "Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act 1972", Now known as "Act of 2003".
The Society was allotted a land measuring Area 180 x 120 Meters (i.e. 5 Acre) in phase-1 Dwarka, New Delhi, For construction of 256 dwelling units divided into 10 towers, different in sizes and cost. The construction of the flats started in the year 1996 and completed in 2006, on self financing basis. The construction was inordinately delayed for many glitches of administrative reasons and finally the construction was completed in the year 2011 and finally the specific allotment of flats was completed on 29th November 2011. The physical hand over of the individual flats to the members began on 6th May 2012.

The society has a very good layout plan, a very nice ambience, a beautiful Club/Gym, TV room, Billiards room, Table Tennis room and a sprawling central lawn containing good greens, ornamental trees and Seasonal Flowers and a nice build up Amphitheatre, the society has easy access to sector 21 Delhi Metro Station and Airport Express Metro services. The society has access to three five star hotels located in the vicinity.

The Society has a privilege of being bestowed of "Best Society Award in 2015".

The society consists of eminent personalities from all walks of life, more particularly the Veterans from Armed Forces, Civil Services, Academicians, Technicians, Scientists and from Social background.
